SHIPPING

  • What is the status of my order?

Ans- After you place your order, we’ll send you a confirmation email with your order details.

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send another email with a link to track it.

You can also check the status of your order anytime in the “order history” section of your account on our website.

  • Do you do same day Shipping?

Ans- We do same-day shipping provided you place your order before 12 noon on that day.

  • Where do you ship?

Ans- PAN INDIA

  • My order has been Returned to Origin (RTO). What does that mean?

Ans- Your shipment will be marked as “RTO” (Returned to Origin) if:

  • Delivery was attempted multiple times but couldn’t be completed due to an incorrect address or no one being home.
  • The address was incomplete, or the pin code was wrong.
  • You or someone at your address refused to accept the order.

In such cases, our customer support team will try to reach you on your registered phone number. If we can’t get through or the number is unreachable, the package will be sent back.

  • My order has been Returned to Origin (RTO). What does that mean?

Ans- All orders placed before 12 PM are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12 pm will be dispatched the next day.

ORDER

  • Can I change my order?

Ans- We can only make changes to orders that haven’t been shipped yet.

To change your order, please contact us by submitting your request through the “Contact Us” form.

  • Can I change my order?

Ans- If you wish to cancel your order, you can send an email or call customer support.

  • How do I track the progress of an order?

Ans- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and a Text notification with details of the order. You can track the shipment by clicking on the link provided in the email.

  • Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?

Ans- If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can deliver it to a different address if you ask. For more details, please contact us using the “Contact Us” form.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

Ans– You can pay for your order on our website using Cash on Delivery or online payment methods like credit card, debit card, net banking, or UPI. You can choose your preferred payment option at checkout.

  • How do I pay by Cash on Delivery (COD) method?

Ans– Paying with Cash on Delivery (COD) is easy. Just follow these simple steps:

  • Browse the website, select the products you want, and add them to your cart.
  • On the Payment & Order Review page, choose Cash on Delivery (COD) as your payment option and click the ‘COMPLETE PURCHASE’ button.
  • Once your order is confirmed, it will be shipped.
  • When the delivery arrives, simply pay the full amount in cash to the courier.
    • Are there any hidden costs?

Ans- There are no hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The total price mentioned on the product page next to the photograph is the final price. What you see is what you pay.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • Do you accept returns?

Ans- We do not accept returns. We offer 15 days replacement warranty on all our products.

  • Can I exchange an item?

Ans- No exchanges are possible.

  • How do I make return?

Ans- We will arrange for pickup of damaged, wrong or defective products at our cost.

  • When will you pick-up my return order?

Ans- We are focusing on fulfilling orders for products that you may need while staying at home. We will let you know when we can arrange for the return pick-up. Thank you for your patience.
